abstract A cell analyzer system according to the present technology includes an image acquisition unit, a vibration information extraction unit, and a vibration characteristics calculation unit. The image acquisition unit acquires a cell image by capturing cells at elapsed time. The vibration information extraction unit extracts vibration information attributable to spontaneous membrane potential vibration of cells from the cell image. The vibration characteristics calculation unit calculates vibration characteristics of the vibration information from the vibration information.
