abstract Disclosed herein are a preparation method of graphene, capable of easily preparing a graphene flake having a smaller thickness and a large area, and a dispersed composition of graphene obtained using the same. The preparation method of graphene includes applying a physical force to dispersion of a carbon-based material including graphite or a derivative thereof, and a dispersant, wherein the dispersant includes a mixture of plural kinds of polyaromatic hydrocarbon oxides, containing the polyaromatic hydrocarbon oxides having a molecular weight of 300 to 1000 in a content of 60% by weight or more, and the graphite or the derivative thereof is formed into a graphene flake having a thickness in nanoscale under application of a physical force.
