Resin A: a polyvinylidene fluoride resin containing structural units derived from vinylidene fluoride (VDF) and structural units derived from hexafluoropropylene (HFP), a total content ratio of structural units derived from HFP in each of the VDF copolymers being from 0.5 mol % to 1.5 mol % of a total content of structural units in each of the VDF copolymers; and Resin B: a polyvinylidene fluoride resin containing structural units derived from VDF and structural units derived from HFP, a total content ratio of structural units derived from HFP in each of the VDF copolymers being greater than 1.5 mol % of a total content of structural units in each of the VDF copolymers.
