abstract |
An objective of the present invention is to provide an absorbent article having an excellent absorption speed of body fluid and excellent dryness after absorbing body fluid. The absorbent article of the present invention comprises: an absorbent body where a water absorbent resin powder meeting the following requirements (a) to (c) is disposed, (a) an absorption speed measured by a vortex method: 20 seconds to 50 seconds, (b) a liquid passing speed under load: 10 seconds or less, (c) a moisture absorption blocking ratio: 5% or less; and a diffusion layer composed of a synthetic fiber assembly substantially having no water absorption. |
