abstract Compounds of the general formula I - 6-bromo-7-aryl-4,7-dihydroazolo [1,5-a] pyrimidine-5-carboxylic acids, and a method for their preparation, which involves the condensation of 3-amino-1,2,4 triazole or 5-aminotetrazole with pyruvic acid and substituted aromatic aldehydes of the formula. The resulting azolopyrimidine is brominated with bromine in acetic acid at reflux for 3-10 minutes. The technical solution allows to improve the quality of the compounds of formula I, to increase the yield of the reaction and reduce techno duration ogicheskogo process vary widely different electronic substituents in nature azolopirimidinov molecules that can be used in biology, medicine, pharmacy, etc.
