titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING AN EMULGATOR
abstract The invention relates to a method for producing metabolites with surface-active and emulsifying properties, where Rhodococcus erythropolis IMB Ac-5017 is cultured in a liquid medium containing mineral salts as a carbon and energy source - ethanol at a concentration of 2% at pH 6.8-7 0, and also introduced into the medium at the beginning of the stationary growth phase of the producer of sodium citrate, the concentration of sodium citrate is 0,085-0,095%, and the content of mineral salts is: KNO-1,0; NaCl - 1.0; NaHPO-0.6; KHPO-0.14; MgSOx 7HO - 0.1; FeSOx 7HO - 0.001. The method allows to reduce by 3 times the content of salts in the culture medium and to increase up to 70% index of emulsification diluted 70 times the culture fluid. [The invention relates to a method for producing metabolites with surface-active and emulsifying properties, where Rhodociscus IMryth eryth cultured on a liquid medium containing mineral salts, as a source of carbon and energy - ethanol at a concentration of 2% at pH 6.8-7.0, and introduced into the environment at the beginning of the stationary growth phase, the producer of sodium citrate, and the concentration I trisodium citrate sostavljaet 0,085-0,095% and myneralnыh salts sostavljaet Contents: KNO3 - 1,0; NaCl - 1.0; NaHPO-0.6; KHPO-0.14; MgSOx 7HO - 0.1; FeSOx 7HO - 0.001. The method allows to reduce by 3 times the content of salts in the culture medium and to raise to 70% the emulsification index diluted 70 times the culture fluid.
