| abstract | The method of diagnosis of pathological processes of the endometrium consists in histological examination of a separate diagnostic scraping of the walls of the cervix and endometrium with the evaluation and comparison of the degree of oxidative modification of proteins, by staining histopreparations bromophenol blue by microprotein metacolysis with subsequent calculosis RGB (Red, Green, Blue) by the ratio of red and blue and the calculation of the R / B ratio. The type of endometrial pathology is pre-established by calculating the R / B ratio in the epithelium and fibers of the connective tissue of the endocervix only with a stroke-scraping of the cervix in an outpatient setting. With normal endometrium, respectively, 0.94 ± 0.002 and 2.97 ± 0.03, glandular hyperplasia - 1.22 ± 0.06 and 1.09 ± 0.02, endometrial polyposis - 1.39 ± 0.08 and 1 , 43 ± 0.01, endometrial adenocarcinoma - 5.27 ± 0.05 and 5.35 ± 0.09 (p <0.001). |
