titleOfInvention | METHOD FOR FORECASTING AND EARLY DIAGNOSTICS OF FUNCTIONAL DISORDERS OF THE CARDIOVASCULAR SYSTEM IN NEWBORNS IN CONDITIONS OF HYPOXIA |
abstract | A method for predicting and early diagnosis of functional disorders of the cardiovascular system in newborns in hypoxia is carried out by determining the clinical and biochemical markers of myocardial damage. Apply a comprehensive approach to the prediction and detection of disorders of the functional state of the cardiovascular system in newborns, taking into account the risk factors of somatic and obstetric-gynecological history of the mother, the course of childbirth, clinical features of adaptation of the baby after birth. Determine the activity of enzymes: CPK, CPK-MB, LDH, ACT, PIC indicators: malonic aldehyde (MA) level, oxidative protein modification (OMB) and AOZ indices: ceruloplasmin (CP) level, HS-groups of plasma and blood erythrocytes, activity and γ-glutamyltransferase (GGT), reduced glutathione level (GlSH), glutathione-8-transferase (FST) activity, glutathione reductase (GR) and glutathione peroxidase (GP). |
