titleOfInvention By the Adenot of A. L. Kosakovsky [Adenot by A. L. KOSAKOVSKY
abstract The invention relates to medicine, in particular to the design of adenotomy, and can be used to remove adenoid vegetations. The adenote contains a handle and a working part with a blade, the working part of the adenotome is made of two metal plates, between which there is a dielectric, the proximal ends of the isolated metal plates are connected by wires to the contact pins of the plug connector for connecting high-frequency current from the power supply and biological connection. the handle is made in the form of a hollow cylinder, and the blade of the working part of the adenotome is made of composite alloy and contains two components with a dielectric between them. Cu-Mo alloy was used as composite alloy. EFFECT: invention provides prevention of bleeding during adenotomy.
