titleOfInvention A method for the definition of bacterial pollution of potable water
abstract A method for the definition of bacterial pollution of potable water involves filtering water through membrane filters, subsequent cultivation of bacteria on filters disposed in the nutrient medium, isolation of microorganisms colonies and cultures thereof with morphological and biochemical identification. The reaction of microbial culture agglutination of glass with polyvalent Escherichia ????- serums ??, ??, ??, D, ??, is performed and in the case of positive result serological identification of live culture bacteria with univalent ????-serums is performed. Using the microbial culture heated to 100 DEGREE C during 1 hour reaction of agglutination with adsorbed group V-serums is performed.
