titleOfInvention METHOD OF PREPARATION OF POST-WAR WARS TO THEIR PLASTIC CLOSURE
abstract A method of preparing postoperative wounds for their plastic closure involves early necro- and fasiotomy, necrectomy and closure of the skin defect with an autograft, with the autograft and wound surface treated with fluid containing ozonides before closure. Every day for the first 5-7 days after injury, the burn zone and surrounding tissues are additionally saturated with an ozone-oxygen mixture with an ozone concentration of 7.0 ± 1.0 mg / L. The burn area is covered with wipes impregnated with "Ozonide" oil with an ozonide concentration of up to 200.0 ± 20.0 μg / ml. Additionally, twice a day, the burn area is placed for 60 ± 10 min. in a zone aeration chamber with ozone-oxygen mixture, the concentration of ozone in which in the first 3 days support 16,0 ± 0,5 mg / l, in the following days reduce the concentration to 3,0 ± 0,5 mg / l, with daily increments 3.0 mg / l exposure exposure up to 15 ± 2.0 minutes.
