abstract The invention relates to the field of biotechnology and is a method for producing flavin mononucleotide using recombinant yeast strains. By replacing the native promoter of the cloned yeast FMNI gene (which encodes riboflavin kinase) with a strong promoter of the TEF1 gene (translation elongation factor) of the yeast and constructing vectors for overexpression of the FMN1 gene, recombinant yeast strains with high activity of synfonucleotide are obtained.
