abstract | A device for forming multicomponent and multilayer coatings contains a technological vacuum chamber with a plasma-arc source and a gas plasma source, a holder with a substrate located axisymmetrically to the gas plasma source, a system for the inlet and control of process gases, power sources and pumping means. Plasma-arc sources contain magnetic systems with three solenoidal elements and annular separating electrodes, which are arranged in such a way that their axis of symmetry intersect the surface of the substrate on which the coating is formed at an angle less than 90 °, and the gas plasma source is made on the basis of helicon discharge and is located in such a way that its axis crosses the center of the substrate at an angle of 90 °. |
