Compounds of the formula, (I) their N-oxide forms, pharmaceutically acceptable additive salts and stereochemically isomeric forms, where n is an integer that is 1 or 2; R and R are each independently hydrogen, Salkyl, NRR, Salkyloxy; or R and R together with the carbon atom to which they are attached form Ccycloalkyl; and when n is 2, each of R and R can be absent to form an unsaturated bond; R is Ccycloalkyl, preferably selected from cyclooctanyl and cyclohexanyl, or R is a monovalent radical having one of the following formulas, where said Ccycloalkyl or monovalent radical may optionally be substituted by one or, where possible, two, three or more substituents, selected from the group consisting of Salkyl, Salkyloxy, halogen and hydroxy; Q is Heta or Ar, wherein said Ccycloalkyl, Heta or Ar is optionally substituted by one or, where possible, two or more substituents selected from halogen, alkyl, alkyloxy, hydroxy, nitro, NRR, alkyloxy, substituted by one or, where possible , two, three or more substituents each independently selected from hydroxycarbonyl, Het, NRR, and alkyl substituted with one or, where possible, two or three halogen substituents, preferably trifluoromethyl; R and R are each independently hydrogen, Salkyl or phenyl substituted Salkyl; R and R are each independently hydrogen or Salkyl; R and R are each independently hydrogen, alkyl, or alkyloxycarbonyl; L represents Salkil; Het is a heterocycle selected from pyridinyl, thiophenyl or 1,3-benzodioxolyl; He is piperidinyl, pyrrolidinyl or morpholinyl; A represents phenyl, naphthyl or indenyl. $Soedineniya form |
