A method for the correction of respiratory failure in patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and bronchiectasis includes a complex of rehabilitation bronchoscopies with aspiration of bronchial contents. After segmental lavage of the bronchial tree with the help of sterile sanitation, 4-6 ml of fluimucil solution is administered and 2 ml of 12.5% cycloferon solution is administered on days 1, 3, 5 from the start of treatment. |
