abstract The invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to a method of inducing sexual hunting in cows and heifers. The method involves the intramuscular administration of cloprostenol at a dose of 250 μg per cow (heifer) in combination with 25 mg of 1-isopropylamino-3 (1-naphthyloxy) -2-propanol hydrochloride according to the scheme: first injection into the internal iliac artery (by IP Lipovtsev), the second - for the 10th day in paravaginal loose tissue to a depth of 4-6 cm. [The invention relates to veterinary medicine, in particular to the method of induction of sexual hunting in cows and heifers. The method involves intramuscular injection of cloprostenol at a dose of 250 μg per cow (calf) in combination with 25 mg of 1-isopropylamino-3 (1-naphthyloxy) -2-propanol hydrochloride according to the scheme: first injection into the internal ileal artery (by IP Lipovtsev ), the second - on the 10th day in paravaginal loose cellulose to a depth of 4-6 cm.
