abstract The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for evaluating the antioxidant effect of corvitin in its appointment in patients with acute myocardial infarction. The method consists in determining the activity in the blood of the enzyme superoxide dismutase by adenochromic method before and after treatment. If the activity of the superoxide dismutase enzyme is increased by 20% or more compared to the level before treatment, the antioxidant effect of corvitin is positive.
