titleOfInvention METHOD OF TREATMENT OF ACUTE EMPLOYMENT OF THE pleura AND PREVENTION OF ITS CHRONIZATION
abstract A method for the treatment of acute pleural empyema and prevention of its chronicity includes aspiration-flow washing of the pleural cavity and local antiseptic and antibacterial therapy. Aspiration-flow washing of the pleural cavity and local antiseptic and antibacterial therapy are combined and aspiration-flow washing of the pleural cavity with ozone saline in the amount of 400 ml with a concentration of dissolved ozone of 1700-1800 μg / l is performed. Between the rinses, “Ozonid” oil is incited to the cavity in an amount of 30.0 ± 5.0 ml with an ozonide concentration of 20.0 ± 2.0 mg / L. Stimulation of local immunity is performed daily by intrapleural small autohemotherapy by reinfusion of extracorporeal ozone autologous blood of a patient in an amount of 10.0 ml with an ozone concentration of 10-12 mg / l.
