A method of obtaining diagnostic hyperimmune blood serum for poultry metapneumovirus is carried out by subcutaneous administration of rabbit antigen in the thighs and shoulder blades in the amount of 1 media of subsequent blood sampling from the heart 14 days after the last injection of antigen. On day 1, 8, 15, and 29, animals are injected with a mixture of antigen of field isolate MPV - PV-3 with incomplete Freund's adjuvant in equal volumes and additionally a support compound with immunomodulatory activity of morpholinium 2- (5- (pyridyl-4-yl) -4 - (2-methoxyphenyl) -1,2,4-triazol-3-ylthio) acetate intramuscularly, 1 cm each. |
