titleOfInvention COMBINED METHOD FOR SIMULTANEOUS CLEANING OF SMOKE GASES FROM NITROGEN AND SULFUR OXIDES
abstract The combined method for the simultaneous purification of flue gases from nitrogen and sulfur oxides consists in spraying ammonia or reagents containing ammonia into flue gases by multistage processing of gases by a beam of accelerated electrons. Ammonia or reagents containing ammonia are sprayed into the flue gases at a ratio of the amount of ammonia that is sprayed to its stoichiometric amount in the range of 0.8-0.9, and the gas treatment in the first stage is carried out with ultraviolet radiation with a wavelength in the range of 160 - 190 nm and an intensity of 5-10 mW / cm, with the formation of salts of ammonium sulfate nitrate, capture of the formed compounds occurs in front of the chimney by wet cleaning of flue gases.
