abstract A proposed organic and mineral bioactive fertilizer on organic base contains organic filling agent selected of the group: waste of anthropogenic origin, natural organic deposits and mineral components at the following ratio of components: organic filling agent, ammonium nitrate, superphosphate, potassium chloride, phosphogypsum, perlite, zeolite, manganese sulphate, water, at that composition of organic and mineral bioactive fertilizer depends ontype of soil and reaction of soil solution. Soils with neutral reaction of soil solution contain in addition zinc sulphate, boric acid, soils with acid reaction of soil solution - lime, ammonium molybdate, copper sulphate and boric acid, soils with alkaline reaction of soil solution -gypsum or phosphogypsum and zinc sulphate; soils of damp type -copper sulphate.
