A method for modeling heart failure includes an experiment in laboratory animals (rats) with the introduction of a cardiotoxic drug. The animal is injected with a total cumulative dose of doxorubicin 12.45-23.1 mg / kg and an intravital dynamic ultrasound study using sensors with a frequency of more than 10 MHz, including echocardiography with transthoracic access using dopplerography, determination of tissue movement and assessment of systemic hemodynamics, internal organs, and they also administer drugs under ultrasound control in the heart bag and in the pleural cavity of animals. |
