titleOfInvention Method of cultivation of callus tissues culture of indian snake root, rauwolfia serpentina benth. - producer of aimalinum
abstract Method of cultivation of callus tissues of indian snake root, Rauwolfia serpentina Benth., that includes the two stage cultivation of a biomass of cultivated cells on mediums deprived of the growth regulators. The first stage is the cultivation on a solid medium 5C during of the 35-45 days. The second stage is the transfer of the callus tissues for 35-45 days onto the liquid medium, where it grows in deep culture during of the 20-35 days. With the culture of tissues on agar medium 5C grow as the one passage and also as the several passages from 5 till 10-12 passages. The proposed method allows to increase a velocity of Ajmalinum accumulation in the dry biomass of the callus tissues.
