titleOfInvention Method for determining content of components in a material sample and a device for the realization of the method
abstract The proposed method for determining content of components in a material sample is distinctive by its enhanced accuracy and can be used for analyzing content of impurities, excluding neon, in substances. The method consists in ionizing the substance components in inert gas flow under high pressure using the flux of accelerated electrons, which are emitted by a heated electrode, and measuring current thorough the gas. According to the present invention, a device for the realization of the method is also proposed. The invention provides a possibility to increase the sensitivity and resolution of measurements when analyzing substances.
