| abstract | The invention relates to the medicine, in particular to the surgery and may be used for the treatment and the prevention of the adhesions. According to the invention, antioxidant and metabolic therapy is performed prior to the surgery. Berlition containing alpha-lipoic acid as the active ingredient is used with this aim at a daily dose of 300 U for 5-7 days. The laparoscopic adhesiolysis is performed. Postoperatively, the use of Berlition at a daily dose of 300 U continues for 7-9 days. Starting from the Days 5-7 postoperatively, Carsil containing the extract of the fruits of the milk thistle is used at a dose of one dragee thrice a day for one month. |
