abstract |
A process for preparation of thermoplastic elastomer by mixing secondary polypropylene, crude rubber and ground tire rubber consists in that previously at the first stage secondary propylene is treated by gamma radiation at cumulative absorbed dose of 75-125 kGy, then at the second stage ground tire rubber is mixed with devulcanizing agent bitumen in the ratio of 1:1 at temperature of 160-170 DEGREE C, at the third stage preliminary irradiated secondary polypropylene and crude ethylene-propylene-diene rubber are introduced to mixture previouslyobtained and mixed for 10-15 minutes at temperature of 160-170 DEGREE C and rotor speed of 80-120 revolutions per minute. |
