abstract | A method for producing thermoplastic material of benzophenoncontaining polyether includes preparation of dihalogen anhydride solution of 4,4-beonzophenon dicarboxylic acid in the inert organic solvent which is not mixed with water, and alkaline aqueous solution salt of 2,2-bis-(4-hydroxyphenyl) propane, mixing thereof at a molar ratio between 0.75:1 and 2:1 with subsequent addition of inert organic solvent which does not dissolves synthesized polyether, and precipitation in the course of mixing. At that, in the first variant as a solvent being not mixed with water 1,4-dymethylbenzene is used, and in the second variant superficially-active substance is used, such as emulsifier of ALKAMON-OS-2 or a mixture of halogenide trialkylbenzene ammonium and nonionogenic superficially-active substances with repeated 7-20 times oxoethylene bonds. Thus, due to the invention a method for producing thermoplastic material of benzophenoncontaining polyether has been simplified with obtaining high molecular thermoplastic polyether, with higher characteristic values of viscosity and temperature of vitrification. |
