The invention concerns methods for extracting lipid fractions from material of marine and freshwater animals by organic solvents, at the first stage extracting is performed by acetone or mixture thereof with ethanol, the obtained insoluble and partly insoluble fraction is preferably subjected to the additional extracting with solvent, selected of the group including alcohols, preferably ethanol, isopropanol or tret-butanol and esters of acetic acid, for achieving extracting of soluble residual lipid fraction from material of marine and freshwater animals. The solid substance is also isolated, as it consists of dehydrated remainder which contains active ferments. The invention also concerns extract of krill lipids, which contains astaxanthine and cantaxanthine and lipid fractions, obtained in accordance with the method . |
