titleOfInvention METHOD OF COMPLEX STOP OF BLEEDING AT CESAR
abstract A method for complex cessation of bleeding during cesarean section includes a laparotomy, an incision in the uterine wall and the administration of a uterotonic drug after fetal extraction, followed by restoration of the postoperative incision using suturing. For dissection of tissues in the postoperative scar, a broadband radio wave scalpel with a hemostatic effect is used, and after cutting the uterine wall and extracting the fetus, the mother in labor is injected with 100 μg of carbetocin, and the incision in the uterus is sutured. To further stop bleeding at the seam site of soft tissues and the uterus, an argon plasma torch in the Fulgur mode is used - forced deep coagulation, at the seam aponeurosis site and along the edge of the subcutaneous fat section, the Spray mode is used - soft smooth coagulation, the processing time is 3-5 s.
