abstract A method of growing of a sowing tomato with the increased quality of fruit on a dark chestnut soil includes basic soil cultivation, fertilizer application, sowing, plant cultivation, harvesting. At that, applied are together chopped green manure 25 tons per hectare (a pea and oat mixture) and mineral fertilizers in a rate of N120P60K60 along the surface of the area prior to under-winter ploughing obtaining products with the content of dry matter at the level of 6.58%, total sugar - 3.89% and ascorbic acid (vitamin c) - 15.40 mg%.
