titleOfInvention | A method of obtaining a pharmaceutical composition of wound healing and regenerating effects based on peptide bioregulators |
abstract | A method of obtaining a pharmaceutical composition of wound healing and regenerating action based on peptide bioregulators, in which the low molecular weight peptides of the pig skin dermal layer are incorporated into liposomes, and first obtain the low molecular weight peptides by freezing the dermal layer of the pig, particle size of 90-120 and 100-120 nm by dissolving lecithin in alcohol, evaporation on a rotary film evaporator, washing the film in th at the alcohol content of not more than 8%, bring the pH to 4.0-4.2, a mixture of low molecular weight peptides obtained at the stage of ultrafiltration is introduced into the suspension of liposomes, the latter are incorporated into liposomes and transferred to the stage of sterilizing filtration by a constant flow method on the membrane pore diameter of 0.2 μm, then poured into vials. |
