abstract Method for total chromocolonoscopy using a dye of 0.2% indigo carmine solution. During the examination to the dome of the cecum the examination of the mucosa goes in white light with the possibility of using electron chromoscopy (NBI, FICE, i-scan), then the colonoscope is removed from the cecum to the hepatic angle, at which time through the colonoscope channel catheter into the dome of the blind intestine and through it is injected to 6.0 ml of dye.
