A method of increasing the efficiency of a single-crystal silicon photoelectric converter includes processing the photoelectric converter in a stationary magnetic field by induction greater than 0.1 T. After processing in a stationary magnetic field, magnetic vinyl is applied to the back surface of a single crystal silicon photoelectric converter. |
