titleOfInvention | MAGNESIUM-COBALT HYDROPHOSPHES TRIHYDRATES AND METHOD OF THEIR OBTAINING |
abstract | The invention relates to the synthesis of new chemical compounds, namely, magnesium-cobalt hydrogen phosphates, trihydrates with the general formula Mg1-xCoxHPO4 3H2O, where 0 <x≤0.12, which can be used in agriculture as a magnesium-containing phosphorus fertilizer with trace elements of prolonged action. To obtain hydrogen phosphates of magnesium-cobalt trihydrates, a homogenized mechanical mixture of magnesium and cobalt (II) hydroxycarbonates is fed in parallel with continuous stirring into a reaction vessel containing water acidified with phosphoric acid to pH 2.8-3.2, thermostatted at 40-80 ° C at an atomic ratio of K = Mg / Co = 80.0-6.0, a phosphoric acid solution of 40-80% concentration and a 20-30% hydrogen peroxide solution. The ratio of CoO in the composition of hydroxocarbonates to H2O2 is K1 = 15: 1-10: 1. The resulting precipitate is filtered off, washed with water. The ratio of the solid and liquid phase S: L = 1: 5. Dry at 40-50 ° C to constant weight. |
