abstract Derivatives of 1,4-dihydropyridines exhibit an inhibitory effect on transmembrane transport of calcium ions and hypotensive activity. A method of obtaining derivatives of 1,4 dihydropyridines provides for the implementation of separate carrying out of all stages of obtaining the starting and final reaction products. In this case, o-difluoromethoxybenzaldehyde is condensed with methoxyethyl ester of acetoacetic acid, chalcon is synthesized and 3-aminocrotonic acid isopropyl or methoxyethyl esters are reacted with it, respectively.
