abstract |
A method of preserving minced fish feed meat includes grinding fish waste, small fish and fish sorted in the manufacture of food products, packaging and corking. Stuffing is mixed with electroactivated seawater or an electroactivated solution of sodium chloride 0.3% with a pH of 1-2 in the amount of 4-6% of the mass of minced meat until the mixture reaches a pH of 3. |
