abstract Nutrient medium for separation and identification of microorganisms includes nutrient base with addition of peptone and sodium chloride. As nutrient medium broth of higher mushrooms is used, for instance, of the Pleurotus ostreatus or Agaricus bisporus. Mushroom broth is prepared at initial component ratio: 3l of tap water per 1 kg of fresh mushrooms. The medium may additionally include 20% solution of caustic soda in amount required to obtain medium pH of 7.0-7.4 as well as thickener, e.g. agar-agar.
