abstract | The method of isolation of microorganisms of the genus Campylobacter from food includes the pre-enrichment of the material, followed by sowing the crops on a selective nutrient medium for the cultivation of campylobacter. Thioglycol medium with selective admixture of antibacterial drugs (polymyxin B, vancomycin, trimethoprim, amphotericin, cephalothin) is used as the enrichment medium. The incubation of the screened cultures is carried out under microaerophilic conditions. |
