titleOfInvention METHOD FOR INTRAOPERATIVE DIAGNOSTICS OF THE GUT VITALITY LIMIT
abstract The method of diagnostics of the limit of viability of the intestine involves the introduction into the subcutaneous vein of the shin of one of the antibiotics tetracycline row, ultraviolet light of the intestine at the site of the resection, visualization of translucent changes in the illuminated area in 10-12 min, determination of life within viable tissues and pathohistological examination of intestinal tissues selected from the proximal and distal regions of the removed gut. Pathohistological examination of selected specimens of the gut is performed under intraoperative conditions. From intestinal tissue samples, cryostat sections were made, covered with a mixture of pH 7.4 buffered saline, blue nitrotetrazole and NaDPH substrate taken in a ratio of 1 ml: 1 mg: 6 mg, and incubated for 25-30 min. Finally, under the light microscope observe the dark blue staining of formazan granules and NaDPH diaphorase NO synthase, as products of histoenzymological reaction, in the epithelium of the intestinal villi, with the presence or absence of their color in the dark blue color cuts the cuticle. [The method of diagnostics of the border of viability of the gut involves the introduction into the subcutaneous vein of the shin of one of the antibiotics tetracycline, ultraviolet light of the intestine at the site predictable resection, visualization of translumination changes of the illuminated area in 10-12 min, determination of a viable boundary for the appearance of yellow-green luminescence, resection of the intestine within viable tissues and pathohistological
