abstract The method of conservative treatment of pulmonary tuberculosis includes anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy using isoniazid, rifampicin, pyrazinamide, streptomycin sulfate and ethambutol according to the standard scheme in combination with low-intensity laser therapy with a helium-neon laser by cutaneous irradiation with an exposure of 5 minutes per ulnar bend area when the radiation power at the fiber output is 25 mW and the radius of the light spot is 2 mm. Low-intensity laser therapy is prescribed starting from the third week of anti-tuberculosis chemotherapy and, in addition, semiconductor laser irradiation with a wavelength of 0.86 μm is performed on the left and right hypochondrium, the sternum handle and the place of projection of the tuberculosis lesion on the chest with a total exposure of 20 minutes per session simultaneously with magnetotherapy to the same areas, with the same exposure and with the same course at a magnetic field strength of 10-40 mT.
