titleOfInvention METHOD FOR PRODUCING CARBAMIDE
abstract The invention relates to methods for producing urea from ammonia and carbon dioxide. The method of obtaining urea by the interaction of ammonia and carbon dioxide at elevated temperature and pressure in two zones of synthesis, and in the first zone serves fresh ammonia and carbon dioxide, and the second zone serves fresh ammonia and carbon dioxide, as well as recycled aqueous solution in both zones of urea fusion synthesis containing urea, water, ammonium carbamate, ammonia and carbon dioxide, separation of urea synthesis melt into liquid melt and gas phase, decomposition of ammonium carbamate in liquid melt streams at heat supply in several stages with reduction concentrated urea and gas streams containing not converted to urea ammonia and carbon dioxide, the absorption of ammonia and carbon dioxide from gas streams by aqueous absorbents with the formation of a recycled aqueous solution of ammonium salts.
