titleOfInvention TECHNICAL PROCESS OF MICROBIOLOGICAL PROCESSING OF FAT WASTE
abstract The technical process of microbiological processing of waste containing fats includes the compilation of waste into compost burs, keeping up to microbiological decomposition of fat, the use of compost as an organic fertilizer for plants. The waste is composted into compost burs and strains of microorganisms are introduced, which are adapted for microbiological degradation of fats. After administration, the wastes are mixed with the microorganisms and the mixture is layered layer by layer on the aeration materials. The microorganisms are extracted from the waste, which has been left in bursts in the open air for 2 years, with saline and kept in conditions of starvation. Then the microorganisms are propagated on the mineral medium with the addition of fat, glucose and yeast extract, and maintained at a temperature of 30 ° C. After that, they are sequentially sown on mineral media with increasing fat content, and then they are introduced into waste containing fat.
