abstract Esters of thienylcarboxylic acid and amino alcohols of general formula (I) where A is a group of formula Q is a group of formula —CH2 — CH2, -, —CH2 — CH2 — CH2—, —CH = CH Q — group = NR, where R is hydrogen or alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms, unsubstituted or substituted with halogen or hydroxyl, or a group = NRR ', where R is as indicated, R' is alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms; R1 is thienyl, phenyl, cyclopentyl and cyclohexyl, unsubstituted or substituted by methyl, wherein thienyl and phenyl can also be substituted by fluorine or chlorine, R2 is hydrogen, hydroxyl, alkoxy with 1-4 carbon atoms or alkyl with 1-4 carbon atoms, Ra - hydrogen or methyl, provided that if A means 3-tropanyl, R2 is hydroxyl and R1 is 2- or 3-thienyl, then Ra is methyl, their quaternization products and acid addition salts, if = NR means secondary or tertiary amino group.
