The method of transplantation of embryonic gastric epithelium, which includes the creation of a reservoir from the duplication of the initial part of the small intestine with the placement of a shorter loop of duplication from the "small curvature" of the formed reservoir, anastomosis between duplicate loops with and the duodenum. In the formed small intestinal reservoir, paired defects of the small intestinal mucosa are created by coagulation or acute means, between which layers of embryonic gastric epithelium are implanted. |
