abstract The invention relates to derivatives of 2-cyano-3-hydroxypropenamide, their tautomeric forms and their salts, to a method for their preparation (and to an embodiment thereof), as well as to a pharmaceutical composition based on them. Derivatives of 2-cyano-3-hydroxypropenamide corresponding to the general formula (I): in which: A, B and Ε each represents a group = CH- or a nitrogen atom, and it should be borne in mind that at least one of A, B or Ε is a nitrogen atom, R is a cycloalkyl radical of 3 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkyl radical of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, an alkynyl radical of 2 to 6 carbon atoms, R1 is a hydrogen atom, an alkyl radical, containing from 1 to 3 carbon atoms, R2 and R3, the same or different, represent a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, a cyano group, a nitro group, a linear or branched alkyl radical containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl radical containing from 3 to 6 carbon atoms, linear or branched alkoxy radical containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, alkylthionyl radical containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, radical - (CH2) m-CX3, radical -O- (CH2) m-CX3, radical - S- (CH2) m-CX3, radical -O- (CX2) m-CX3, radical -S- (CX2) m-CX3, in which m takes an integer value from 0 to 3, and X represents a halogen atom or a group -CO-R4, in which R4 is represents a hydrogen atom, a linear or branched alkyl radical containing from 1 to 6 carbon atoms, a cycloalkyl radical containing from 3 to 6 carbon atoms, or R2 and R3 together form a group -O-CH2-O-, their tautomeric forms, and also their addition salts with inorganic or organic bases.
