The sleeve, which provides the possibility of long-term endoscopic monitoring of peritonitis and the implementation of the necessary therapeutic measures, consists of a housing with a main channel inside. It also has a spring-loaded valve, a rubber cover that closes the main channel on the leather side, an additional channel with a tap and fitting for carbon dioxide, and side holes on the sleeve body to fix the latter to the skin. The valve is located inside the main canal on the side of the abdominal cavity. |
