In this case, the fatty acid composition of the lipid tissues of rat skeletal muscle, liver and myocardium is determined using gas-liquid chromatography, metabolic changes in the content of palmitic, oleic, linoleic and arachidonic fatty acids are detected before and after the use of acton, compared with the control, and when the parameters are normalized, the effectiveness of the drug is evaluated. |
