abstract The method for differential diagnostics of the liver functional state in the posterity obtained from alcoholized predecessors in the experiment comprises the study of blood serum and biopsy material of animal liver. The content of diene conjugate (DC) and malonic dialdehyde (MDA) is detemined in the liver of simultaneously alcoholized adult animals and in the liver of their uneven-aged posterity. The presence of liver affection by the alcohol is determined in females and in males.
