abstract	The subject of the invention is a method for the treatment of duodenal ulcer with dalargin and antispasmodics. In case of peptic ulcer disease, accompanied by spastic phenomena in the gastroduodenal zone and intense pain syndrome, in addition to the administration of dalargin, the myotropic antispasmodic papaverine hydrochloride is used as an antiulcer (antiulcerogenic) agent in therapeutic doses according to the standard technique. The invention relates to medicine, in particular to gastroenterology and can be used to treat duodenal ulcer with intense pain and severe spastic phenomena in the gastroduodenal zone.
