abstract |
The process for preparation of titanium dioxide of anatase modification by sulphate method contains disintegration of titaniferous raw material, hydrolysis, suspension filtration, salt processing and hydrated titanium dioxide paste roasting. The saltprocessing is carried out by salt and potassium phosphorus solutions in the presence of liquid glass in quantity of between 0.3 % and 0.5 % SiO2 of TiO2 weight. The salt solution of monosubstituted potassium phosphate is used as phosphate and potassium salt in quantity of between 0.2 % and 0.3 % on P2O5 basis and respectively K2O between 0.13 % and 0.2% of TiO2 weight. |
